After helping to guide this new pool and landscape project through permitting, ULC has been helping the owners throughout the implementation. Wrapping up in late October, this project will provide for a great summer in 2020!

Working with our neighbor on Cabot Street, the Beverly Historic Society, ULC is providing schematic master planning in anticipation of their future addition to the Cabot House. New entries, streetscape, fencing, gazebo and gardens are all being explored in this concept phase.

The design for this new construction ocean front project on the North Shore consists of a full site layout: Driveways, cobble banding and accents, walls, fencing, terrace / firepit, extensive plantings and lighting. Construction is underway on these graceful radial steps down to the sunken fire pit area.

The landscape design for this unique historic property included an electric driveway gate, new fencing, granite slab aprons, brick driveway, plantings and a bluestone patio.  Designed by ULC, we assisted in moving this project through the historic commission and look forward to continuing to guide it through construction.

This project, currently in the design and budgeting phase, features a new lagoon style pool and multi level hardscape spaces.

Working with Mead Design, PC, ULC is putting the finishing touches on the design and project management of this new patio and planting!
