Some of our projects have long phases of permitting, others are simply waiting for Mother Nature to grace us with perfect lighting while just the right plants are in bloom. Check in here for plan renderings and sketches of sites in various stages of development.
The design for this new construction ocean front project on the North Shore consists of a full site layout: Driveways, cobble banding and accents, walls, fencing, terrace / firepit, extensive plantings and lighting. Construction is underway on these graceful radial steps down to the sunken fire pit area.
The landscape design for this unique historic property included an electric driveway gate, new fencing, granite slab aprons, brick driveway, plantings and a bluestone patio. Designed by ULC, we assisted in moving this project through the historic commission and look forward to continuing to guide it through construction.
